The members of CJV have performed on The Voice, American Idol, James Corden, and with artists such as Kristen Bell, Gwen Stefani, Kenny Loggins, and Wayne Newton. With over 50 years of combined experience in the music industry, we’ve entertained in every setting, from A-list celebrity events to intimate house parties, beach clubs, and country clubs.
Who We Are
Knox, Vocals & Trumpet/Flugelhorn, is the principal & founder of CJV. A veteran of the live & studio music scene in Hollywood, his songs have millions of streams worldwide. He has performed on American Idol, The Voice, James Corden, as well as a myriad of films, tv shows, and albums. Knox was trained at Berklee College of Music and Hodgson School of Music.
Matt, Guitar, is a core member of CJV. A sought-after L.A. studio player, he is well-known for his clean rhythms and tasty melodies in any style. Credits include John Legend, Wayne Newton, and Kenny Loggins. Matt received his training at the esteemed University of North Texas.
Bryan, Drums, is a multi-talented and in-demand drummer, percussionist, and producer. He has toured & played with artists like Gwen Stefani, Eric Hutchinson, Tommy Walker, Bill Champlin, Melissa Manchester, and Bear McCreary, and on soundtracks for hit TV shows like The Walking Dead, Defiance, and Eureka.
